The cTrader Store Dubai Expo Promotion is operated by cTrader Ltd.

The Campaign operates on:

• 22 September 2026, from 10:00 to 18:00 Dubai time; and
• 23 September 2026, from 10:00 to 18:00 Dubai time.

All Campaign times refer to Dubai local time, Gulf Standard Time (“GST”), UTC+4.

Registrations completed outside Campaign hours are not eligible for the registration Store Bonus or a Campaign Round unless otherwise stated by cTrader Ltd.

cTrader Ltd’s systems and records determine the time at which a registration is received.

The services provided by cTrader Ltd are not available to citizens or residents of the USA. Neither is the information on this website directed toward citizens or residents of the USA.

The cTrader Store Dubai Expo Promotion is not available to citizens or residents of the USA.

Participation is void where prohibited by applicable law.

To participate, you must:

• be at least 18 years old;
• not be a citizen or resident of the USA;
• register for cTrader through the designated Campaign page during the Campaign period; and
• comply with these Terms and the Campaign Rules.

Only one cTrader account and one Campaign registration per person are permitted.

A valid email address and a free cTrader account may be required to participate. A cTrader Store account may be required to receive and redeem Store rewards.

No paid Store account, purchase, payment or deposit is required to participate.

Employees, contractors and representatives of cTrader Ltd, and any other persons directly involved in administering the Campaign, may participate in the Campaign experience but are not eligible to receive promotional Store rewards.

cTrader Ltd may request identity, age, residency, account or other eligibility verification before approving or issuing any Store reward.

Registrations that are incomplete, duplicated, automated, fraudulent, submitted using false information or otherwise in breach of these Terms may be rejected or disqualified.

Each eligible participant who completes a valid Campaign registration during the Campaign period may receive a $50 promotional cTrader Store Bonus.

Store Bonus can cover up to 30% of an eligible lifetime or one-time payment cTrader Store purchase.

Store Bonus cannot be used for:

• subscriptions;
• renewals;
• recurring payments; or
• other non-eligible purchases.

Unused or partially unused Store Bonus expires 30 days after issuance and will not be reissued after expiry.

Store Bonus is not cash, cannot be withdrawn, cannot be transferred and cannot be exchanged for money.

Store Bonus is subject to eligibility verification, availability and manual approval. Registration alone does not create an unconditional entitlement to Store Bonus.

During the Campaign, cTrader Ltd will conduct a series of promotional random draws (“Rounds”).

Each eligible Campaign registration is allocated to one applicable Round only. A registration cannot participate in more than one Round.

All Round scheduling and registration allocation are determined using Dubai local time, Gulf Standard Time (“GST”), UTC+4.

Each approved Round winner may receive $100 in promotional cTrader Store Balance.

Store Balance can cover up to 100% of an eligible cTrader Store purchase.

Store Balance is not cash, cannot be withdrawn, cannot be transferred and cannot be exchanged for money.

Store Balance is subject to:

• eligibility verification;
• availability;
• any applicable expiry date;
• these Terms;
• the Campaign Rules; and
• manual approval by cTrader Ltd.

Availability of specific cTrader Store products may change without notice.

Where required by law, any taxes arising from a Store reward are the responsibility of the recipient.

Whether a participant may receive more than one Store Balance reward during the Campaign will be specified in the Campaign Rules.

Potential Round winners will be announced in the official cTrader Discord channel:

Participants are encouraged to join and monitor the Discord channel during the Campaign so that they do not miss an announcement.

An announcement does not by itself create an unconditional entitlement to a Store reward. A potential winner may be required to complete eligibility verification before the reward is approved and issued.

Joining Discord does not replace the Campaign registration requirement and does not, by itself, enter a person into a Round.

The applicable deadline and method for a potential winner to respond to an announcement, if any, will be described in the Campaign Rules.

If a potential winner is ineligible, cannot be verified, has breached these Terms or does not respond within an applicable deadline, cTrader Ltd may reject the reward and may select an alternative winner in accordance with the Campaign Rules.

All Store Bonus and Store Balance issued under the Campaign are promotional cTrader Store credits.

Store rewards:

• have no cash value;
• cannot be withdrawn;
• cannot be transferred;
• cannot be exchanged for money;
• cannot be sold or assigned;
• cannot be used for trading; and
• may only be used for eligible purchases in cTrader Store.

Store rewards are subject to eligibility verification, availability, expiry dates, Campaign Rules and manual approval.

Receiving Store Bonus does not prevent an eligible participant from entering the applicable Campaign Round.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Store Bonus and Store Balance cannot be combined in a manner that exceeds the permitted coverage for an eligible purchase.

cTrader Ltd may withhold, cancel or reverse a Store reward where it reasonably believes that a participant has used duplicate accounts, false information, automated registrations, fraud, abuse or any other method intended to circumvent these Terms.

cTrader Ltd is not responsible for registrations that are late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected or not received because of internet, device, QR code, software, platform or other technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

If a technical issue materially affects a Round, cTrader Ltd may delay, repeat, suspend or cancel the affected Round where reasonably necessary to preserve the integrity of the Campaign.

Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

Cookies and similar technologies are described in the Cookie Notice.

Complaints may be submitted through the Complaints page or by contacting store@ctrader.com.

Information submitted for the Campaign may be used to:

• administer registrations;
• confirm eligibility;
• allocate participants to Campaign Rounds;
• select and verify potential winners;
• announce results;
• issue Store rewards;
• prevent fraud and duplicate participation; and
• respond to questions or complaints.

The Campaign is operated independently by cTrader Ltd.

The Campaign is not sponsored by, endorsed by, administered by or associated with Discord. Discord is used only as a channel for Campaign communications and winner announcements.

Unless expressly confirmed otherwise, the Campaign is not sponsored by, endorsed by, administered by or associated with the organiser or venue of Dubai Expo 2026. Event names and references are used only to identify the location and period of the promotional activity.

cTrader Ltd may suspend, cancel or amend the Campaign where reasonably necessary because of fraud, abuse, technical failure, legal or regulatory requirements, circumstances beyond its reasonable control or any event that affects the fair or proper administration of the Campaign.

cTrader Ltd may amend these Terms to correct errors, clarify Campaign mechanics or comply with legal or regulatory requirements. Material changes will be highlighted on the Rules page.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
